Working with us We want you to be comfortable working with us. Ideally, we would like to meet you in person or talk to you on the telephone on at least one occasion, but we can, of course, use email and/or fax if you prefer it. Initially we would normally recommend a so-called ‘fact find’. This enables us to fully understand your financial situation and know the context of your particular issue(s) versus your overall requirements. Should you only want advice on a specific issue or product and do not want us to perform a full review, we can also proceed on this basis. We strive to ensure our clients understand the options open to them and also why particular actions are likely to be of most benefit. We will always write to you clearly outlining the reasons for our recommendations. As part of this process we encourage you to question us if there is anything at all you do not understand or disagree with.
